Bright Wood operates two manufacturing facilities in Central Oregon.

Madras, Oregon: The Bright Wood story started in Madras and today the original site is the company's largest. Fourteen product-focused plants handle everything from ripping and cutting, fingerjointing, moulding, lamination, etc. Madras crackles with activity as over 1,100 people go about the daily business of manufacturing quality millwork products. Sales, operations, purchasing, predictive maintenance, information systems, and many other departments treat Madras as their home base.

Redmond, Oregon: Bright Wood purchased the Redmond site, also known as Team Bright Wood, from Crown Pacific in 1997. Redmond people hit the ground running and quickly became Bright Wood's radiata pine experts. A major cutline revamp and expansion in the late 1990s boosted capacity. Today over 225 Team people keep the site's cut, fingerjoint, lamination, veneer slicing, and profile wrapping plants humming.
